The Youth Climate Group takes action that will contribute to a low carbon and resilient Gloucestershire….
The group is for 16-25 year olds who live, work or study in Gloucestershire who want to get involved with climate action and advocate for youth voice in County Council climate policy.
“GYCG allows you to be part of something where you have a real say and impact on important issues. You are supported to develop skills, as well as get together with like-minded people and have fun! It’s member led, so young people choose where and how they use their voice, while being supported to have a meaningful impact.
GYCG is funded by Gloucestershire County Council.
Core Panel – up to 30 young people from Gloucestershire who meet monthly to plan activities and events that educate and raise awareness of climate issues and act as advocates. We have 5 members from each district.
