Power of Community meeting – Bristol

Our CSCIC crew Polly, Helen and Claire attended the Power of Community in Bristol at the amazing Greenway Centre in Southmead this week.

We met and chatted to Locality members from the whole South-West, where we learnt about other exciting and innovative community organisations – with Abdullahi from @BristolSomaliRC, Phillip from @APEProjectCIC and Amy and Sam from @SouthmeadDT.

We talked about community trends across the country, climate change, Digital, funding and best practise plus how we can work together to help our sector unite to engage and influence government policy around Community Spaces, Warm Spaces and Food Banks.
