- Foraging for Wild Foods
- Wild flower identification
- Collecting and cooking the wild harvest
- Discovering the local landscape
- Landscape history and development
- Hedgerow Brews and Seasonal Preserves
- Fungi forays
- Beginners Bushcraft
- Art, creativity and nature
- Low tech sustainable solutions workshops
I have ten years experience of teaching and leading workshops with groups of all ages from six to sixty (well actually from three to eighty but it doesn’t scan so well). I have run workshops and projects with schools and youth groups (primary and secondary) as well as adults, families and those with special needs. (Also see the CSCIC website for other activities I’m involved in). Workshops and walks can last from 2 hours to a whole weekend and I can cater for groups of two to 15 (or more by arrangement).
Walks can be arranged to begin, end or take in on route, some of the fine local hostelries (pubs) or I can provide and prepare local/wild picnic lunches to take with you.
